Well since you ask, I made some wonderful Semolina bread last night. Semolina is the flour used to make pasta and it makes this wonderful bread, (think of the best Italian bread you've ever had). It is best hot out of the oven but toasted the next day it is incredible! So thick slices of Semolina bread slathered with butter and an assortment of jams if you like. I also have a batch of homemade Yogurt, full fat, none of this skim milk garbage, which is silky and rich (those darling little bacteria were busy!). With some jams and coconut granola to stir in if you like. And Coffee, ever with the coffee. So how is our favorite Mountain-Man doing?
