The hooded figures, the Queen, Serena, who else could be added to this little batch of crazy. Who else was going to turn on the seemingly nice place of Nowhere. . . Seemingly. "Mary wasn't it?" She responded as Harper began to ask her questions. She nodded, remembering that experience from before. No doubt the hooded figures were in some of those hazy flashes. "So. . . Queeny could have killed Serena and possibly wanted to kill the hooded figures too. After all, isn't she the one sending us everywhere in Nowhere just to get home. . .?" Ace shrugged the idea. "I don't know, the more you say it aloud, the more it could be true. I mean, what if the list is something of personal gain and the bribe is to send us home? That lady for all we know could be-" She walked over to Harper and froze for a moment seeing the skeleton. "I'm pretty sure that's, um, real." She looked closer to see if there was anything on the skeleton, but nearly jumped out of her skin when Harper yelled for them to leave. She accidentally kicked something, following Harper and it knocked the bones over. It was so old that some of them even cracked. Ace hurried out the new secret door and looked around. "Oh great. We're back outside." She looked around and then up. It was still raining, but the only way back inside was through the maze of trees and vines. "So. . ." She looked at her partner and then towards the mansion. "Well let's get going. We should tell everyone our discoveries- and get out of the rain." She didn't too much care for the creepy looking trees and how they swayed back and forth. They made a creaking sound as they did, and Ace was sure she heard sounds of scuffling on the ground. "This place is creepy." She occasionally looked down to make sure nothing crawled over her foot. "But I guess this is why it's the 'nightmare' area. Still, kind of messed up to throw us under the bus like that." The two walked through the maze-like area into a clearing. Well it was a garden, supposedly. In front of them was a faded and worn down archway with a bench facing a field. But because of the poor care, it was just an empty field with wilted and dead flowers and weeds. "Well, it's no scenic view, but it's better than the blood paint." There was no time to waste staring at nothing, so Ace lead the way forward to the mansion. The squawking of a few crows made her jump in surprise. Two of them landed on a vine near them and squawked again. "Creepy birds. . ." She looked down at a few twigs by her and Harper's feet and debated if she should throw one at the birds to get them to stop eyeing them.
