Prince Aleksandr thanked his father for his concerns before Erik spoke to him in a demeaning manner, in front of Nadia of all people. However, he was not so much intimidated by Erik's words, "If you can tell me when I made a lie, I shall congratulate you at lunch time. You may sit nearest to to the king. I may have spoken too vaguely if that is what you are in implying. A lie would simply be too bold of a negative statement to wear on my outfit. I think you should take that comment back, Lord Erik," 

He shifted uncomfortably, listening to Nadia speak about loving everybody. Perhaps, this walk was an unfortunate heartbreak. At least, for one, the two held hands. Perhaps, today would secretly be his favorite day, unless, Lord Erik would conjure a way to ruin it for him, he doubted such an obstacle. He had already violated his father once and was not willing to take anymore chances.
