I like the setup as is albeit the map is my biggest pet peeve. I like going in blind with nothing but the intel I got beforehand and gradually gain intel as I go (sorta like mini side missions) I personally dig the setup you created though and this is the first time I've had to portray my actions without actually hitting the enemy. 

Overall I'm fine with how the game is now but I'm not going to say don't change things up either since change is fun :)
