A few corrections, Eldritch: Theá's wing was cut clean off. The only reason she still has two wings is because all alicorns have regenerative abilities (thanks to their divinity) and can heal just about any wound, although decapitation of a limb takes far more energy than a cut. 

So even if Theá would be covered in splotches of blood, she wouldn't have any wounds, at least not large ones. Either that or they would be closing slowly. Her wings, however, would be in pristine shape... you saw the result of one of them getting cut off. :P I don't think a lot of time have passed since she unleashed hell upon the city, so having her wounds slowly close as he watches her would be more likely than them still just being there.

Aside from that... Niiiice ^^ I like your Doctor, insane as he is. Also nice to see that he has the common sense to be timid in front of the one who just decimated a city xD
