@Reaper: I will not be able to answer the sigil questions. I believe Xodus will be able to when he is next online.Right now I do believe that sigils have to be activated because my guy does carry one or two around with him along with a sigil crafting kit. Thanks for raising this point though. I believe it is a good point for everyone.
