Well, she can use her Hiden to paralyze opponents. Can she do the same for patients? If not, can she develop a genjutsu to use during surgery that can act as a anesthesia? Maybe she can use a refined, specific Raiton jutsu to quickly and thoroughly cauterize wounds?
