Race Name: Salecians

Average Appearance & Characteristics: Despite their elven like appearance aside from not being birdlike or bearing wings they are quite comparable to humans aside from their Psychommu jewel on top of their forehead which allows them the ability to use Psionics. They are the only natural born Psionic sentient race. They have pointy ears that extend upward instead of outward. This race is capable of being Psygic allowing them the use of Psyagonics. Their life expectancy is all but unpredictable.

Life Expectancy: Unpredictable. Some have been known to live over a million years. Researchers estimate their lifespan is around 258,000-5,000,000 years.

Description & History:
A legendary race that suddenly appeared on Gaea along with other races such as the Midarians and Salecians. This race unlike various other races especially humans has the innate ability to use Psionics. Many of their kind like the Midarians and other races that migrated after some kind of galactic disaster forced them from their homes have been scattered throughout the world of Gaea. Many have tried to blend into Gaelan society along with the other races that were in space migration at the time.

Of the many abilities that this race had, two major abilities stood out more than the others. The first was an ability known as Augmentation which allowed Salecians to increase their magical powers by magnifying the magical essence in the environment. The second was the ability of Finesse that gave the Salecians not only quick adaptive abilities, but also allowed them to learn at a faster pace than most other races.

Salecians look quite a bit like eleves, but they did not feature birdlike qualities like the Elven race and they don’t have wings. Does this mean they can’t fly? Quite the contrary actually since they use their psychological powers to allow themselves temporary flight. They are one of the few races that have the flight ability without the need of wings. Their ears are pointy and stick upward instead of outward. They also bare a jewel on their forehead which is called a Psychommu. The Psychommu makes It near to next to impossible to read their mind or thoughts.
