Mutation Evolution Can change at will... her wings always emit a Azure like light.


Abilities:

- Flight duh

- Mater Manipulation, due to being unable to control her ability she always has Azure wings, and also due to that the first set of wings have become permanent.... she can Manipulate Matter into shields around her, and to form more wings too if needed... along with projecting, and making things she can think of. This ability seems to be some form of Mental, or Psychic... power who knows... but she doesn't know what she is doing for the most part.

- Feather Fire: She can launch feathers from her wings :P

Bio: She lives on the run, and by the time the RP starts her wings have been ripped apart, and she is wearing a cloak, that is soaked in her blood, she is in the back ally of some street, till someone finds her.... she is afraid of most humans, and other people for how she is treated.
