After watching a bunch of Game of Thrones I actually considered making this RP heavily rely on political intrigue, but I thought better of it.

Considering her passive role on the battlefield, and her limited offensive power, I don't see issues with her KG, so she's accepted. And you don't have to change who she is allied to really, All Empire characters will have somewhere else to be at the start of the RP.
