Weaknesses or mental flaw (Need at least one unless you are a vampire, then you don't have to have a weakness. A mental flaw is required by all.): Goes crazy from radio signals. Compelled to collect glittering items. 
Personality (No tbr): Dreamer, Dreary and Merciless
Bio (No TBR): Got teased as a young kid and eventually fled to live in the sewers. Survived a cataclysmic nuclear war and transformed into a werewolf for the first time soon after he climbed out. Found refuge in a largely intact mental asylum after a series of rows with other survivors. 
Other: Speaks several languages, but no human ones. He likes to crawl inside beavers lodges and summon spirits to protect him. In his human shape, he spends his day in a mental asylum, one of the oldest in the world. One of the wards, a member of an ancient secret society, lets him out when there is a full moon. He is completely misplaced in this age and has no idea who he is, his mind can't cope with his predicament.
