Oliver shrugged. "Maybe--" he then cut himself off when his reckless remark caused their conversation to fizzle out. He was always used to talking to his own little clique who knew when he was teasing or not. 

"No, I was kidding--" He was cut off by the door opening, as the five kids were ushered into the room. He gave an exasperated sigh.

[i]This is gonna to be a [b]long[/b] six months, huh?[/i]

He turned his attention from Adelina to the five kids They were all different in looks, that he could tell. Part of him was actually a little... excited to see what kid he and his partner would be paired up with in the end.

As Mai was ushered into the room, she stared up at the ten "big kids" scattered throughout the room. She had no idea what this was going to be or what the big deal of it was, but it didn't matter to her. She beamed and bounced up and down, her hyperactivity getting the best of her. Whatever it was, she just [i]knew[/i] it had to be fun.
