Of course, that sounds vague, but you’ll understand what I mean. He’s a highly intelligent and calculating child. He’s mostly shy when he’s being sincere to someone he isn’t close to, however he can act as if he knew the person for years, speaking comfortably when he’s lying or trying to impress someone. History Iron lived most of life on the island of Sootopolis, rarely leaving the area. He grew up with his father, a well known pokémon trainer. During his time at Sootopolis, he wasn't able to meet many children but there were two people he considered to be his close friends. The three grew up together, playing and laughing. When they reached the age of 13, they were allowed to pick one of three pokémon Iron's father had presented them with: Riolu; the Emanation Pokémon, Meditite; the Meditation Pokémon and Shroomish; the Mushroom Pokémon. They all picked their pokémon and started their journeys. With Riolu, a pokémon most people hadn't seen in that region, Iron started travelling around the Hoenn region, challenging gyms for fun. He was able to catch a grey metang on his journey, who later on became a big part of his team. With Riolu and Metang, whom he called Rio and Meta, he beat the first gym with great ease, having an overwhelming advantage. After he got his first badge, he started intense training with his pokémon in the mountains with his friend who had chosen Shroomish. That's when he met Aron. He battled his soon-to-be pokémon with Rio and captured it. After a whole week in the mountains, he went down to find the next gym and his next pokémon. As his journey continued, his Riolu evolved into Lucario, Metang evolved into Metagross and Aron evolved into Aggron. He defeated the first seven gyms but struggled with the one in his hometown. He was incapable of defeating Wallace. He tried and tried and tried, failing each time. At that point, he was about to give up when he was presented with something the man who gave it to him, Steven Stone, one of his father's closest friends, called a Key Stone and a Mega Stone. He was told to give the Mega Stone to his Lucario and so he did before the battle. When the battle was nearing an end, the stones started glowing bright. The Lucario changed, becoming larger and stronger. It easily took care of the rest of Wallace's pokémon but in the end of the battle, it returned to its previous form. After that, Iron decided to travel to Kalos to learn more about Mega Evolution. He's joining the festival to be able to compete against other trainers like him in a battle.
