Sorry you just didn't exactly put up any rules and Hunter here was based on a Champion best of the best Pokemon tournament roleplay xD if his age is really a big deal I can change it to fifteen or just nix that part all together.

Latios is one of the legendaries where there are apparently multiple of which is why I chose him (not like Articuno or Mew or Suicune blah) but I can nix him out as well if he bothers you so xD
