Will watched as Phil had found a glove of some sort. He chuckled as Phil waved it around and accidently said "Why this thing!?" 
"You won't get anywhere like that!" Will said with a smile. "You have to focus using your powers and channel it into what you want to do. Like a ball of light or a beam of some sort. To do it, picture it and then act it." He explained. "I'll show you..." he said getting out one of his batons. "I want to infuse this with water and swing it because there's a vygorn infront of me." Will began. He raised the baton as water snaked around it, he swung it into the air with no care as the water flew of from the baton like momentum being shown. "You try it." He said gesturing to Phil.
