'fraid not. Your Initiialiser allows you to reinforce yourself with data, and produce things from that data, but they don't let you use magic. It'll become clear when I put the CSs up and you're given abilities to pick from, I assure you.
What you're describing is actually a behaviour specific to viruses, and the exact sort of thing Moderators exist to prevent. If they could rip holes in the ground and destroy local plumbing *intentionally*, they'd be a menace.
The last thing we need is to prove J. Jonah Jameson right.
