What has you worried? I don't plan on him being some raging killer. I probably neglected to add this to the history but he didn't want to be a killer. He was more forced into it until he was so deep into the agency, his only way out without being arrested or killed would be protection from very powerful people which he didn't have until he ran into Batman.
