New Vivec, Morrowind

The Ordinators sent to Cheydinhal arrived at the capital while riding Guars, and was greeted by the citizens with curiosity. Their armors were battered, but their morale was higher than ever, they managed to defeat the "cultists" attacking Cheydinhal, but little did they know it was all staged by the king himself. Not for long, the Ordinators reported to their superiors and was rewarded handsomely for doing an act of honor. The people grieved for those Dunmer affected by the incident, then later celebrated in honor of the Ordinator's successful efforts. While all of the capital celebrated, one masked Dunmer went out of the city, and headed to Balmora.

"... I see, everything going according to plan. Have the men on the north on stand by, at the first hint of the enemy's movement, they're initiate their orders, do I make myself clear?" Arvyn says the Morag Tong agent who reported about the victory of the Ordinators. "Yes sera.. if I may ask though, why does our men have to die for th-" The agent's question was cut short when Arvyn replied bluntly. "Sacrifices has to be made young one, peace is never brought without dirtying our hands with our own blood." The agent bowed his head in shame upon receiving his superior's reply. "Now go, and bring these scrolls along with you, they'll be useful when the time comes." The agent leaves the room, leaving Arvyn to alone in his chambers.

Tear, Morrowind

Upon receiving the news of the Ordinator's efforts, an emissary was sent from New Vivec to Tear through portals established previously, to bring message to Lord ildoryn, who was attending a meeting in the Black Marshes. News like these where first received by the King, but under Oravos' strict orders to halt any form of distractions in Mournhold, the Councilors sent the letter to the one the closest to their leader, hoping he may bring the news to Oravos without triggering his wrath.
