"Huh? O-Oh i-i'm not hurt its j-just that girl over there s-she's dead...she's dead and she bled on me, I felt like I couldn't breathe for a minute but i-i'm OK." Kate's coughs had subsided quicker than they had started, her shrivel lungs were just not used to being able to expand so freely that her body just didn’t know what to do. Kate looked up at the man who showed concern for her, strange considering all of them there were criminals. Kate wiped her hands off on her jumpsuit and slowly stood up earning her another wave of dizziness but she shook it off. She glanced up at the man trying to muster some form of confidence in her voice, “I...I didn’t kill her if that’s what you thought.” To her disdain her voice was nothing more than a little squeak. She cleared her throat and moved forward to the guy trying to stop the chaos that had erupted around them. They obviously needed to start making camp to survive, which she could sort of do having grown up in the most underdeveloped part of the Continent. At the mention of building a fire she raised her hand, “I know how to make a fire pit, if anyone wants to join me…” This time she didn’t even bat an eye as she went over to the thrown about supplies and took an empty satchel and begun to gather dried leaves and grass for kindling, if no one wanted to help she would be fine on her own.
