Its weird to think that Niji still doesn't know Kazumo's real name is Shinichi. I haven't really called anyone out on it cause its a small detail and its not really important until verbal dialogue is made.

I refer to him as shinichi out of dialogue, but never really use any name for him whilst talking, so for all you know Niji might know :U

Appearance: Nobu is of medium height and weight. He has blue eyes and short, wavy black hair. There is nothing particularly attractive or abnormal about his face. As a matter of fact, his appearance is so ordinary-looking that it's rather typical for him not to be recognized by acquaintances until he introduces himself. To Nobu's dismay.



Personality: Nobu is rather cautious and a child of mannerism, until he's given leave to speak. He really likes the sound of his own voice, and even though he's well aware of his talk-way-too-much issues, it's an old habit and he's been struggling quite a bit to adjust into a more moderate pace of speaking. His friends have expressed several times that they do not find it particulary annoying, but Nobu refuses to believe them, firm in his belief that he's a bothersome little shit. Nowadays, due to his fixation with speaking, he rarely opens his mouth unless he's in the company of friends or family. He's very emotional and gets very easily triggered, another quirk he's aware of but unable to change in less than a fortnight or more.



History: Nobu was raised in *** and received private tutoring from his mother before attending the academy at the age of 11. By then, Nobu was already well-versed in his clan's techniques but quite lacking in the areas covered by the academy, which brought upon him quite a lot of trouble within his class, specifically by his teacher. His mother recognized those faults and brought him out of the academy, renewing the private tutoring once again, determined for her son to enroll in the academy when he'd first learned all the practiced techniques, which would hopefully secure the highest score in the class. Which, after enrolling once again, it did not. But nonetheless, he succeeded. His mother could at least find succour in that and, despite lacking grades, Nobu was, as a matter of fact, quite talented at their kekkai genkai and its various uses. He was 13 by the time of graduation.

Description: Upon activating Kurimuzon'ai, Nobu's irises shatters into a thousand tiny fragments, spreading out into the whites of the eyes, encircling another iris (red) hidden beneath the shattered one. This newly-replaced iris allows Nobu to see heat and transform the heat into a hard physical substance. The more heat, the harder, stronger, and smoother the substance. The amount of heat also affects the duration of the substance. This technique allows Nobu to more easily survive intense heat and fire by sheathing himself within armor, but also to shape objects such as projectiles, shields, swords, knives, spears, javelins, and those highly practised can even create barriers and temporary bunkers out of the heat. Without much heat, the usual usage time is two minutes before the shaped object breaks. The substance returns to heat upon breaking. Chakra usage depends on the amount of heat used in the shaping of an object. A knife, for example, isn't going to be particularly draining, while a full-suited armor is a struggle to just hold together without breaking it apart. The appearance of the substance is red, and the details, as intricate as they may be, are also red.

Not to be impatient, but did anyone see my post? There's quite a lot of GMs. Someone must be able to dedicate 10-15 min of their day to review a CS, right? Sorry if you're all truly super-busy, then ignore this. I can wait.

Allright, I like your character, but I don't like that Kekkei Genkai. What you are doing is literally nigh impossible in the real world, and it is so extreme it'd probably be the same in the Naruto world. I'm no rocket scientist and even after browsing the internet to fill up my knowledge on the subject of turning heat, which is an energy, into matter, I can't tell jack shit about it.

In any case, every situation where energy is turned into matter required extremely advanced equipment due to the extreme conditions required to form this. I don't think I can accept that kekkei genkai based on the fact that:

A) I question the physical possiblity of converting heat into matter.
B) I question the amounts of heat required to create a certain amount of matter.
C) I find it too complicated.
D) I find it overpowered. This is essentially Gaara's sand with the addition that here you can create it out of heat which is pretty much everywhere a human can survive, and it turns into heat again when it falls apart, allowing you to freely control said matter as 'sand' and then have it become the equivalent of a teleporting forge in which to bake your enemies while doing everything Gaara can do with his sand.

Result: I would heavily modify and clarify said kekkei genkai in detail, or just discard the entire idea. I don't want to sound rude or harsh, but I can't accept that if I am ignorant about what it does/can do. Example: If I accepted this anyways and suddenly you, who knows more of it, starts I don't know, taking away all heat around a person and insta-freeze him, your character would be blatantly OP.
