Those materials would be pulled on trains, which allowed for crossing the landscape quickly and fastly. Things like the telegraph and other devices allowed for media and messages to be spread around quickly. This was all fueled by the steam engine, another device that magitech allowed. It would create electricity that could be sent across metal wires to the devices that needed it. Yet with all these advances something loomed on the horizon, something terrible. Something would forever change Equiis."

While your characters wont know this its the 2nd Changeling War. I though I should mention this as I wanted people to be able to create characters so they be able to get involved in it.

I'm a huge fan of magitech, but the way you're talking about it makes it sound like it's just magic existing alongside technology- so much more you could do!

What about a steam engine that drew heat from a Solar Core, a chunk of the sun that had been summoned and bound? Along with radiating heat, it also radiates magic, so to get the full benefit of both, a medium other than water could be boiled- perhaps mercury, which then traps a huge amount of magic energy along with the pressure of expansion.

Also, they already have trains and electricity in the show :P

I do realize that, my explanation is more advanced stuff and more advanced trains.. And a few of those ideas could be incorporated
