As far as a stats system goes, I'd be fine with it as long as we could have a bit more variance with starting stats as well. I wouldn't expect Shara to be of equal strength to any soldier, even later in the RP. At this point, she has a lot of magical ability but no finesse, and is inexperienced, and that is where I mainly see her growing. It really depends on how it's implemented whether it would work well or not.
