Race: unknown, but she believes she is a elf or something.
Weapons: a katar set
Powers/magic: natural ability to control all types of water (not magic), heal trough the water (begins weak, might grow in time)
Bio: Runa has lost her parents when she was real young at the age of 5, being forced to live on her own.
In order to survive she was forced to start stealing and pick pocketing, of course a young girl fresh on the streets would not be good at it in the beginning and she ended up trying to steal from a lord.
The man was not a fair lord and while he knew it was just a small child trying to live, he decided to send out a pact of trained wolfs after her.
She had run for 30 minutes until the wolfs caught up.
She was pinned to a wall, on both sides were lakes, but she could not swim, then one of the wolfs attacked her and she acted by instinct, throwing her arms up in a way as of she was throwing something to the wolf before crossing her arms.
The attack never came, instead she heard the wolf yelp.
Lowering her arms she could see the wolf had been dropped in one of the lakes for some reason.
Then a second one attacked, again she reacted by instinct, lifting the water around the first wolf and knocking the 2 against each other and into the other lake.
She then took this chance to run for her live.

After a few days, when she started to believe she was save, she thought about what happened and tried to do it herself this time.
Lifting water and playing with for a little while.

From there on out she trained with her water control, using it to increase her chance with stealing and escaping.
In time she got her hands on some Katars, using them as weapons for self defense, having found its better to hide her water power for a secret weapon as that they were not fit to deal heavy damage, but also using the Katers she learned how to scale walls to break in at places.
Also she has learned that she can heal her own wounds with her water.

She was in the forest in fact when the lights started, sleeping in a tree, she did woke up by the lights but only looked at the sky, enjoying its beauty.
