This wasn't good. Reiko was getting flustered again. She didn't exactly have a problem with being addressed as Reiko-chan, but she barely knew anything other than Kuriyama's name and she was already wanting to use closer ways of referring to her. Not even her senpai from the drama club last school year called her Reiko-chan, as much as she wanted her to do so. Apart from looking like a dog while sleeping, it appeared as if Kuriyama maintained a rather relaxed, casual attitude. It was better than the alternative, though Reiko preferred being rather calm and deliberate in her manner of speech. "Noodles are okay, I guess," Reiko lied, "i was just...deciding what to have for lunch today, that's all." It wasn't like she was ashamed of her love of noodles - and of cooking, well, that was partially untrue. Reiko enjoyed cooking, but the problem was the end result of her efforts. "More important...I would prefer not to addressed as such. We're roommates, Kuriyama-san, we're not close friends." It came off as harsh, and Reiko doubted to semi-apologetic smile leveled towards Kuriyama would be enough to tide the girl over.
