Amber continued to glare at Orin, she watched as the wall of water that was built up to knock her down, she let out a growl as her aura intensified, she stood her ground as the wall of water closed on her, as the water reached her, the heat she was giving off made an invisible heat shield that turned the water closest to her to steam. But it wouldn't be enough, as the water continued to rain down on her it began to overpower the heat, Amber was surrounded by the torrent as the heat bubble she had made was growing smaller. She braced herself with her eye's closed as the water broke trough her heat shield, it burned her, the water sizzled against her skin as the powerful current slowly forced her back.
Amber felt as if she was going to taken by the current, but as if everything around her wasn't there Amber was floating in a black void in her mind, her eye's closed and her arms raised in her defence. Then the only thing she heard was a single loud heartbeat that coursed through her body filling her with strength, Amber's eye's slowly opened at this feeling, she felt the heartbeat again, stronger then before, it filled her with strength she didn't know she had. Her muscles were tense as aura around her flowed freely without anger, she looked around the black void trying to figure out what was going on, just moments ago she was in the middle of a fight, but she didn't know why she was fighting while she tried to figure out why, her body in the fight was holding it's ground.
Amber was still enveloped by the current of water, but she didn't seem to be affected by it, deep within her mind Amber tried to figure out what was going on, she felt another heartbeat, a little stronger then before. This power that was coursing through her, she wanted it but she didn't know how to get it and it angered her, she grit her teeth as she tried to focus on the energy, another heartbeat but this time it was weaker. Ambers eye's widened a bit, knowing that somehow she was losing this power that she felt going through her just now, 'no, No NO!!!' she thought to herself as she tried to focus harder, outside her mind, Amber's body was giving off immense energy as she tried to focus, her aura looked as if it was trying to come back but the torrent of water wasn't allowing it. 
Amber felt the heartbeat again, growing weaker, she didn't understand, why did she feel this power just moments ago then lose it, why?! she then calmed down, giving up on the power thinking that there was no point getting mad at losing something she never had. Right then, she felt the heartbeat, even stronger then before, her body trembled with power, her eye's widened from this unexpected event, then realisation hit her, it was her anger that was stopping her from getting this power, but she was confused, her anger gave her power, where did this power come from. As Amber tried to think, another heartbeat flowed trough her, even stronger then the last, she tried focusing on this new power, she tried to channel it, to absorb it, her power level raced up to 201,000. then it happened.
Amber's eye's opened while the torrent of water pushed her back, burning her skin, suddenly an explosion of energy erupted from Amber, brilliant rays of blinding red light shined from her, through the water and into the sky, then a power yell could be heard, almost instantly after a powerful shockwave of heat and energy came from Amber vaporising all the water as it rushed by Orin knocking him to the ground, the sky had turned red and any clouds were vaporized from the heat wave. There hovered Amber, just two inches off the ground, she had changed, the heat she was giving off was no longer being given off but it surrounded her, encasing her in a heat shield. Amber's aura blazed slow but strong, her hair was slightly longer and a lighter shade of red, her eye's had turned red as well, but they glowed. Immense energy was being given off by Amber, her power level had skyrocketed up to 10,050,000. due to her transformation, she could feel the power flowing through her, she didn't feel the anger that burned her before, she looked at her hands then looked over her body.
"what?.... what happened?...." she asked mostly to herself as she opened and closed her hands with a dumbfounded look, somewhat unable to believe the power she had

Maximus was about to go back inside, but then his scanners went off, he looked in the direction an immense energy reading was coming from, it was almost on the other side of the planet but his scanners could detect it, this power was much higher then his, he then looked down in thought
"that power... it is incredible... perhaps ascending this form right now would be for the better... no... I need to get stronger first... I need to be able to control that power..." he said to himself as he looked back in the direction the power level was coming from

Alice was sitting at her desk waiting for the power to come back on, then she got the strangest feeling, as if she could feel something far away, something strong, she looked around her office with a confused expression
"what's going on?..." she asked herself as she continued to feel the power, but before she could question it more the power to the lab came back on
"oh... right.... good...." she said as she sat back at her desk and began rebooting the system
