Ryu had actually expected a answer to his question, instead he got 3 bullets flying to him.
1 of the bullets hit his head, the other 2 hit his left shoulder, but they all dropped of the skin without leaving a scratch.
"GOD DAMMIT" he said mostly cause the pain on his head "like the dizziness from falling off a rooftop would not have been enough, now I just ask what the HELL IS GOING ON, and you fire a gun at me?!?!?!"
Being fed up with today Ryu moved to 32, trusting his claw towards his body, intending to impale him.
He knew that afterwards he would hate having done this, it was so far out of his usual way of doing things, so way out of not trying to kill others, but he was pretty sure the one with the gun was the bad guy here.
Also made sense looking at the direction that guy was facing when he looked from the roof and the direction of the large red zone he visor was showing.
Only that guy could have done all this chaos, he was the only one looking towards the red zone where the explosion had been, so he had likely thrown the bomb in that direction to start with, then firing a gun, only a bad guy that would not care for innocent people would act like this.
He was a danger and clearly a large one at that, either Ryu would try to be merciful and end up risking lives of others or take the guy out before people end up dead!
