Section 31 locked all that away, and is being used covertly - thus would have no impact in this RP. Now while I may well have one Starfleet Intelligence operative aboard, he WILL NOT be Section 31.
Now compared to OTL Trek, tech-of-the-week, which is basically pulled out their rear end is far, far worse - but that is just perceptional really.

I'd be inclined to say no as Co-GM, as STO tech is massively overpowered compared to RotS Star Wars tech and would stomp them rather flat. But ultimately I'll let you and Sep discuss that one.

Well my other choice of canon ship - other than nuTrek (although I am torn between the two) could be an Excalibur class from Babylon 5, which if they worked with Trek could be rather awesome :)
