Gideon, Grey, Grey's Entourage Gideon, startled by the Head's knowledge, was struck dumb. As in literally, he couldn't speak. The fountain (oh, ha ha) of questions that rose in his mind; how did it know his name, how did it know he was a naiad, etcetera, were suppressed and melted back into him within seconds. He slowly fell into step behind Grey, his mind wandering - but part of it rested on the Head. Who was it? What was it? Was it a he or a she, or neither? Off to his right, some distant part of his consciousness noted the angel he had seen earlier approaching at the bidding of the Head, and a little later, a headless girl. 'Gabriel' and 'Lailah', they seemed to be, or so Grey had said. They seemed to be captivated similarly to himself. The Head had a strangely authoritative aura (as in, its general personality, not a purple shimmering mist), but yet appeared kind and genuinely compassionate to its students. His contemplations broke when they arrived at the opening ceremony. A large, boisterous crown of various mythological creatures sat (or hovered, or floated) in a roughly semicircular hall. A few members of staff were present, but seemed to be trying to ignore the noise. What kind of school was this? OOC: Sorry about my continued n00by confusion over water bottle phasing, life happened (ie: homework and friends round) so I didn't get time to read everything in the last 2 days D: . Anyway, I removed all that OP stuff now now :D
