Marzia sighed, she and her bunk mates were silently prepping the chariots; basically doing all the heavy work while the Aprhodite and Apollo kids sat around fanning themselves an flexing. She envied those kids, they had such simple lives. While the Hepheastus children were busy making their weaponry and complex makeup stands, they simply bathed in the glory that their parents bestowed upon them. As a plus, they were such snobs they seemed to ignore Marzia; not even wasting their time mocking her. She felt glad about that, it was a blessing fit for a girl with a curse. When the Hellohounds came, Marzia wasn't surprised. The Hermes boy shouted, and all Tartarus broke loose. Luckily, the Hephaestus kids had a job to do, so they were mostly in order. Marzia gathered up all the underlings, since Leo was at Bunker Nine she was in charge; it was kind of rough being the eldest. She peered at all of them, her burned face probably looked intimidating, even though she tried softening it. "Okay! Thirteen and younger, get your armor on and boot up the automatons! Absolutely no fighting for you!" Marzia shouted, in reply the younger children scowled, but did as they were told; running back to the forges in a pack. Marzia smiled, turning then to the older Hepheastus kids. They were trading mallots and tire jacks for spears and daggers, bracelets turning into Celestial Bronze shields, some even weld hammers like Marzia, but it was harder for the more scrawny of the bunch. Marzia mentally separated the group into two. She shouted out names and they parted. "Half of you are going to head to the armory, equip the younger kids with larger weapons. The other half, come with me. I want fighters not forgers!" She then turned, hearing heavy footsteps pounding across the grass. She saw hellhounds, many of the creatures, and though they we're far off they were closing the distance swiftly. Marzia growled fiercely, her charm bracelet turning into a twenty pound hammer, she still loved her new toy...and it probably wouldn't get old anytime soon. But the thoughts of having fun with it escapes her mind as she instead thought of how her day had gone from worse to terribly in just a few hours.
