And tools are created by intelligent creatures to surpass the limits of its body. In simple terms, of course.

Tools that exist without user? What utter nonsense! There must be a user for the tools, and there must be tools for a user. Anything else, and the balance shall crumble! (And don't try to get out of it by saying Neuron, a god, is its user.)
Asala shall hear no excuses! Unless Neuron is also a silver-tongued god that can, somehow, make Asala believe that the horrid contraptions are a balanced entity themselves and disturb no balance on anything else.
