I never officially declared war on anyone, but I will sign peace treaties with France and Greece. I might have to wait for the next round of orders to ratify it, though.

Under no logical reason would the United Kingdom declare in support of the Confederacy before the Trent Affair. I've been playing Victoria as insane. That's about to get fixed though. Wanted to leave one last good shot though.
