Emotion is good but it doesn't always mean you 'did the right thing'. At any rate he's not going to get killed, Takeo never threatened him whatsoever. Gonna sleep on it.

-EDIT- And just to clarify, Takeo isn't the Commander of the entire resistance, just the one based in the Land of Fire, Hokage can still override his decisions. S'all good just throwing that out there.
