I've never seen a One Piece OC RP before and I think it'd be really interesting.
Since this is just a test, the RP would be set in an alternate timeline apart from the current One Piece line.
It's pre-Time skip and pre-marineford war. There are some differences in this timeline; certain events are changed or never occurred at all.
I'm not going to bother with a specific list of events, since I don't really have one drawn out anyway.
I'm looking for anyone who would want to RP their own OC with mine. I'd prefer it if canon characters weren't mentioned beyond a name.

You can use any Devil's Fruit as long as it is not already in use by a canon character. I have a number of original Devil's Fruits if you need ideas. Go crazy! It's One Piece, after all.

General Abilities: Sword Master; generally uses hands and feet in attacks. Can use Soru and Geppo Rokushiki techniques as well as Observation Haki.
Appearance: Long dark brown hair that is usually tied back in a ponytail. Brown eyes and tanned skin with some freckles. Usually wears a maroon long-sleeved v-neck with the Marine symbol on it and black pants, with her coat draped over her shoulders.

-Age: 19
-Past: Grew up in West Blue and earned the title "Dragon of The West" after becoming a Rear Admiral and venturing to the Grand Line. Trained in swordplay until she joined the Marines.
-Other: Generally peaceable. Hates using swords because they are 'too destructive and good only for killing.' She loves cats, and continually rescues strays and keeps them in her office. She also likes to garden, but is no good at it.
