You realize that she is an S rank shinobi(as are kage), right? If you're referring to Dust release, that is only [I]one[/I] example of a kekkei tota. A kekkei tota is the combination of three elements into one.

It does not refer solely to Jinton. Plus, she can't even use that portion of the KT (which I believe I did state in the CS btw).
