Clarence pushed open the doors of the station, taking a break from the large stacks of paperwork. There hadn't been anything he had to show up to, just minor brawls and such. He leaned against the wall of the building, rubbing his eyes due to the throbbing behind his eyes. Suddenly, a scream rips through the air. He quickly darts forward, pushing himself from the wall. He rushes around the corner, and over to an alley where a group of citizens have started gathering. "Police! Move aside!" In the middle of an alley was a corpse. He rushed over and checked for a pulse, nothing. His throat was slit, which was Clarence assumed was the cause of death. Despite the blood, there appeared to be marks on the mans face. From a bird? Maybe that vigor, 'Murder of Crows.' Ironic as the man appeared to be a member of the Crow. He could hear the officers approaching. He glanced over and noticed a small trail of drying blood, as if the murder had stepped in it. Careless mistake, but it made Clarence's job easier. He stood up and began to follow it. The trail began to become less visible as it continued, but it didn't disappear completely before leading Clarence to the area of Soldiers Field. The killer was nearby, and they most likely knew someone would be searching for them. Clarence rested his hand on his revolver before heading towards the buildings.
