Not sure if I agree with Byakuya, Iphie generally doesn't openly antagonize others. I agree that she could be similar to Celestia, though.

Anna is totally Togamoney. They're both blonde, rich, self-centered, and suit-clad. It's just that Anna inwardly antagonizes the others rather than outwardly.
