Phantom Phantasm's knees struck empty air, not because he was particularly bad at this but because his opponent had chosen to go for the easiest way to try and keep him still: sit down on his torso. With a heavy weight pressing down on your chest and arms, it was going to be rather hard to reverse positions--especially when invisible hands found your shoulders and migrated inwards, to the neck. Invisibility lost its advantage once you had a hold of the person. "I would rather not risk killing you in training because I can't see what's happening, so how about you play unconscious for the rest of this?" Rachel asked, speaking quickly before he found a way out of this odd situation. She didn't want to try and go further than this; it would probably end up in serious injury. Potentially killing one of the trainers, who happened to be a hero, was not the best move.
