As I mentioned you are allowed to create the villains we will face, villains of the infamous Cirque du Folie. (Circus of Madness) The amount of characters you wish to create is up to you. You can make one and you can make legion. You can also make NPC characters along with your main. For NPC's you won't have to go through any detail when making their CS.

However only 4 people can take the spots of the elite within Cirque du Folie. The elites are known as the Four of Cards. 

Within the Four of Cards, the Queen and the Jack have been taken. Now only the king and the Ace remain. So pickem while they are hot. If you are interested, send me a pm and ill send you the sign up.
