From my understanding...

Dark Matter just finished stealing a Robotic Exoskeleton Suit and was about to get away when Irish Queen's character came in and stopped him. On the other side of town some of the Titans just killed/captured some armed robbers, and right now Aria is fighting with one robber who's about to stab her.
