The goons, or what's left of them, gave up trying to fight. They allowed themselves to get captured, partly because they thought the Titan's were crazy, partly because they knew that if they went to jail someone was going to bail them out eventually.

Angry because the weird shape-shifting falcon just took him without so much as telling him what for, but worried because it may be due to the fact she might know he's Dark Matter.
