Alin smiled a little when Serena returned, though it seemed a little forced. His stupid mind wouldn't get off the subject of the orphanage and what was said to him before he left, and it was bringing him down. And to top it all off, he had a blistering headache, which he was prone to. He was glad when the class ended, only a couple more classes until lunch and then he could find a corner to curl up in or something. Alin caught up with Serena outside of class, following alongside her. At least being with a friend would help get his mind off all of this nonsense. Herbology was next, he'd managed to get an exceeds expectations in the class last year, so he wasn't horrible at it or anything, but he always ended up knocking things down or touching the plants in the exact wrong place to prompt a nice bite. He turned his head towards Serena, "Did everything go alright outside with that girl?" he asked a bit distractedly, bad thoughts still swirling around his head. He put his hand up to his temple, to try and calm his headache a bit.
