After his initial assault, Simo had kept himself from taking another shot. His allies seemed to have everything under control so far, and the last thing he wanted to do was mess everything up my shooting one of them accidentally. Sure, he had quite a few clear shots he could take, however, his allies were far too close to his line of fire for him to risk it. They were all far too mobile, so it was hard for him to tell of any of them would suddenly get in his way right before he fired...when it was too late to stop. So he opted to wait. He knew his role in the team; he wasn't a heavy hitter physically or magically, he wasn't an unbreakable wall that could shield his allies, and he wasn't a healer. No, Simo was something else; he was the guy who could pick off squishy and vital targets, one by one. With a high enough vantage point, he could cripple an enemy army by wiping out the vulnerable healers, heavy hitting mages, and anyone else squishy but strong, before his team even got to them

So when he saw Jared trying to stop one of the flying pots from casting a spell at the prince, he knew he was needed. Quickly getting into action, Simo re-positioned himself so that he could get a clear kill shot at the thing. One common phrase he had heard before when directing the aim of others was 'right between the eyes', and it made the normally chipper Simo scoff in disgust. Clearly people who said that knew nothing about skulls, since 'right between the eyes' is quite literally the worst place to aim for most creatures when going for a head-shot, as that was the hardest part of the skull for most living creatures. Now the eyes themselves on the other hand...they were something else. For as valuable a part of the body the eyes were, the only thing that they could call a defense was their small size, However, not only were they extremely frail, they also served as an excellent way for a bullet to enter a skull. Some people said that eyes were the windows to the soul, but Simo thought of them as windows to your brain. He took aim at the small yellow dot and fired

"I got this one, you help the others take care of the flying ones before they kill the soldiers!" Elim shouted this out to the woman helping him combat the Large Body. This fat one was tough, but with the damage it had against it from both of the combatants on it Elim figured he could finish it off on his own. He slashed his fire coated blade towards the beast, a small, crescent shaped wave of flame jettisoning from it towards the beast, hitting it square on. Elim knew that he had enough magical energy left at the current moment for maybe two or three more spells, so he knew he had to make it count.

Seeing the creature attempt to attack Elim using its stomach, and Elim not knowing the rather invincible nature of it, the young blue mage charged towards the creature, it going for one of its famous stomach thrusts. Elim attempted to strike the creature's stomach with his sword, but this was only met with failure. His attack was thrown backwards, Elim digging his feet into the ground in an attempt to stay standing and keep his balance, and it worked thankfully, the two attacks deflecting one another, but the Large Body's had more weight behind it thanks to its large size so it knocked Elim back a bit.

Angered, Elim quickly charged forward once again, quickly stepping to the side and around it in a spinning motion to get behind it quickly where Elim placed a slash down its back, then one more before thrusting his palm right towards the creature's back. A loud "Blizzard" left Elim's mouth as a blast of ice would be shot from his hand point blank right into its back. Unfortunately this thing was durable as hell as it quickly turned around, slamming Elim again with another powerful thrust of its stomach, this one Elim not having the time to guard against as he was thrown back.

This was starting to get annoying. This creature was tough and it was good practice, but it was really starting to piss Elim off. With a flash of light over his weapon it changed into a spear with a rather long and sharp blade on the end of it. It was a glaive to be exact. Swords, shields, and glaives. While Elim had only moderate proficiency in a small handful of other weapons, those were the three he was the best with. "Fire!" With that one word flames would coat and lick the surface of the glaive as Elim charged forward one more time, aiming to end this beast since that blast of ice in the back from before and that powerful stomach thrust had hurt a bit. Not to mention his magical energies were running now dangerously low and he needed a bit of insurance in case anything else showed up and he certainly didn't want to have to wait the bit for his reserves to replenish.

Seeing it attempt to now lug one of its meaty fists at Elim the boy barely ducked out of the way, the fist grazing the side of his head. It hurt a good bit, but Elim grit his teeth through it and thrust the glave upwards. If its stomach couldn't be affected there was one part that could. The head. With a loud, almost bloodthirsty shout he thrust the flame covered blade of the glaive right into the creature's head, hoping that this blow would end its life.

Kasus stood up, wiping the snow off of himself, and quickly searched around for his twinblade which seemed to have been lost in the snow after he was launched back from the large body heartless. "Awh, great" he muttered to himself. He would have to find another weapon, this wasn't the time to dig in the snow. Kasus sprinted back into the battle, when a soldier attempting to combat one of the floating heartless caught his attention.

The solider wielded a Halberd and wasn't really holding his own very well against the heartless. Realizing the floating body was preparing to cast an ice spell, Kasus sprinted towards the soldier, shoving him to the floor and out of the way of the blast. "I'll give this back, promise!" he shouted, picking up the man's halberd from the ground and focusing his attention on the floating body.

Sprinting towards the heartless Kasus leaped into the air and darted towards the foe, relentlessly slashing the floating body numerous times. Still in the air, he placed his hand directly onto the insignia planted on the heartless's chest, "Fire!" he shouted, causing the floating body to practically combust into flames. Landing on his feet Kasus on focused on what appeared to be the last of the floating heartless. It flew around aimlessly and seemed to be wounded due to the fact Jared's keyblade was stuck in it's chest. It only needed to be finished off. Kasus charged towards the heartless, leaping into the air he sliced the halberd downward and slammed the heartless into the ground. The floating body vanished and the keyblade dropped to the ground.

"I got this one, you help the others take care of the flying ones before they kill the soldiers!" If there was one thing that Serene did not like was to be told what to do. But she quickly turned her attention to another one of the creatures. There as she looked was an ice blast coming towards her. She quickly did the only thing she could think of jump. The hit missed by inches. As she came down she prepared for the hit. It vanished as she landed on her feet. The numbers where smaller now and Serene had hope that this would be over soon.

Jared shivered violently from the deadly cold he was feeling. For what seemed like ages, he felt like he couldn't move, instead just standing there like a shivering moron watching his new friends fighting for their lives against the Heartless. Why wasn't he acting? Why wasn't he doing anything about this? Was it the cold? Was it fear? Maybe it was both? In any case, as he stood there he suddenly heard a voice from his memories. The old man, Dion. He remembered something the old man had taught him long ago on Lunaris. Or rather, something he simply told him regarding his feelings.

Your heart can be your most powerful weapon lad," he'd said on that day some time ago in the past, "but your emotions will also betray you if allow it." Jared remembered asking what he meant by that, and got the following response, "It means that your passion can give you strength, but it can also be your downfall if you allow it to control you instead of the other way around." but how could he control that passion more easily, Jared had remembered asking. To this, he got another response, "Simple lad, just give it form. How do you think those wizard types cast their magic? They give their passion form and let it out in the form of their spells. You can do the same, if you tried hard enough. That's all there is to it. Give your passion form and let that be your weapon. Do this, and your victory will be all but assured."

"Give it form..." Jared muttered under his breath between shivers, "...I think I... finally get it... old man..." he stared at the Keyblade in his hand momentarily. He imagined what he currently felt: frustration, a bit of anger, and perhaps even a hint of fear. He imagined it welling up inside like like a distant thunderstorm. He widened his eyes at the inspiration. That was it! That was the form he would give his feelings, "...T-T-Thunder!" he shouted with a slight stutter due to his shakiness. When he did this, the Keyblade sparked with power and he held it straight up for all to see. When he did this, the sparks vanished and instead a series of lightning bolts struck all around him. The floating Heartless were all zapped, their ability to fly rendered useless against a thunderbolt from the sky and they were vaporized. Even the big one, tough as it was, felt the pain of a lightning bolt striking it's helmeted head like a lightning rod, the previous battle damage it had suffered was just barely enough for the bolt to finish it off. The Thunder spell that Jared had cast had effectively ended the fight.

"Hah..." Jared rasped, now feeling drained as well as freezing cold, "...g-good work guys. L-Looks like we... w-won..." his voice trailed and he suddenly collapsed in the snow. The sheer cold and his new-found fatigue from the spell having apparently been too much for him. Seeing this, the Prince rushed to him, placing his forefingers on Jared's neck to check his vitals.

"He's still alive," he said to everyone, then hurriedly motioned for two soldiers to pick him up, "but he won't be for long if he stays out here like this. Quickly, come inside everyone!"

Indoors, Jared was reclined in a chair by a fireplace, wrapped tightly in a thick wool blanket and his bare feet in a pail of warm water. When everyone was brought in and settled, the Prince addressed the newcomers, "I cannot thank you enough for your intervention. My name is Hans, thirteenth prince of the Southern Isles. Please, I would be honored to learn the names of my saviors."

Kasus was taken aback at the barrage of lightning that came down from the sky, eliminating the heartless. He was about to cheer out of celebration when Jared suddenly collapsed to the floor. "Jared!" Kasus shouted, and ran over beside the Prince. He gave a big sigh of relief when the Prince announced Jared was alive, but somewhat hesitated when everybody began to enter the castle. Kasus wanted to get out of the cold as much as the next guy but his twin blade was in the snow somewhere, he didn't want to leave it, but it would be odd to remain outside, so he reluctantly entered the castle with everyone else, hoping they would come back out very soon.

Inside, the Prince introduced himself as Hans. "My names Kasus! And there's no need to thank me your majesty, I thought it was pretty fun!" Kasus spoke loud and proud.

Elim watched in amazement as suddenly a Thunder Spell was cast by Jared, the boy who wielded that strange weapon. The Keyblade is what he had heard it been called. Elim almost wished that one of the thunderbolts had hit him, so that he could acquire the power of that spell, but figured wishing more damage upon oneself while already roughed up probably was not a good idea when there could potentially be more enemies afoot. Maybe some other time. For now though the Prince, or whatever other noble title that was appropriate for this man as Elim knew the type from not only the clothes, but just the aura they gave off, told them to come inside after having his soldiers pick up Jared.

Soon enough they were inside, away from the elements. Sure Elim wasn't feeling like the others were, with all of the time he had spent in Icewind Dale, he just sort of got used to intense cold like this, but Elim was always glad to get out of the cold just as anyone else was. Elim looked at Jared in front of the fire and just shook his head, not feeling too much concern as this was just him not being strong enough to face the cold. It wasn't that he was heartless, but it was just simply if any of these people, including himself, died on this mission then it was because they weren't strong enough to survive, nothing else.

When Elim heard Kasus's rather... loud and inelegant introduction of himself before royalty Elim almost wanted to punch him in the back of the head. He didn't know how this guy was raised, or if he had been ever around a king before, but from where Elim came from if you introduced yourself as loud as that without bowing you would be thrown out of a castle due to lack of social graces. Sure Elim knew that he wasn't raised on social graces either, but the young blue magus knew the basics of how to behave properly around royalty.

Elim wasn't going to correct him though, there was no point in trying to repair the damage that was done by him. Still, there was a question he did have for this Prince. Elim stepped forward, doing a graceful bow of introduction, as was customary when introducing oneself to loyalty to show them the proper respect, or at least it was where Elim came from anyway. "My name is Elim and it is an honor to meet you, your Majesty. Also there is no need for your kind thanks, we simply did what anyone else would have done in that situation." After his short introduction he stood up.

"I do have one question though, your Majesty, if I may." Elim knew that whenever talking to one of royalty one should always do so with the utmost respect, as Elim was doing now. "You said that these are the Southern Isles? Does it usually get this cold down south here, or is this winter something that is a bit more unpredictable." Indeed Elim was a bit curious on that issue, on why it would be so cold in a place called The Southern Isles.

Well that went well. They managed to take out all the hostiles without anyone getting hurt. Simo counted that ine as a solid win. Now that the monsters were taken care of, they could begin to gather some intel on this place. Simo couldn't help but feel that something was just off about this place. However since they had just saved a prince (someone in a high position of authority) he had little doubt that they would be getting their answers soon

Simo waited for everyone to introduce themselves first before he have the prince his name really quick, making sure the stay in the rear as his sniper instincts told him to. His introduction out of the way, Simo began to think about the battle they had just fought 'did those monsters know they were attacking a prince, or was it just completely random? It would make sense if the prince was their target, since on of them ignored us to attack him, despite us being the clear threat...but they haven't really shown any clear signs of intelligent besides that. Just what are we fighting?'

As he listened to their introductions, Hans kept a welcoming smile on his face. When one of them asked about the weather, he shook his head, "Oh, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding but this is not the Southern Isles. You stand in Arendelle, the Great Northern Kingdom. But your question about the weather is a good one, and one that I am unsure about myself. It's a bit of a story, so I suggest you all have some hot cocoa while I tell it." at that he called for a servant and requested warm cocoa be brought to the guests at once. The Servant nodded and hurried off to fulfill the request.

"Now, about this Kingdom," Hans started to say, taking a seat and gesturing for the others to do the same so they would all be comfortable, "it is ruled by Queen Elsa and her younger sister, Princess Anna. Er, well, it was meant to be, anyway..." his voice trailed off briefly before he cleared his throat and continued, "...you see, the Queen had only just had her coronation yesterday evening. But I'm afraid things went a bit awry." at that point, the servant returned with a tray of cups filled with a warm beverage. They brought one for everyone, including Jared should he wake up during the conversation. Hans took his cup and sipped from it before continuing, "I, along with many other esteemed guests, had been invited for the ceremony and its following celebration, during which time I met her highness the Princess. I know it may sound foolish but we were simply destined to be together, and so the Princess thought to ask her sister for her blessing. She didn't take the news well, and after an argument she, well, how do I put this?" he rubbed his chin thoughtfully, clearly trying to be careful with his next words, "The Queen exhibited a sorcerous power and froze the water fountain solid in ice. It certainly surprised everyone, including the Princess as well. Before anything else could be said, her majesty fled the kingdom to the north. Anna wished to follow her, no doubt hoping to bring her back to work all this out and left almost immediately in pursuit." he sipped his cocoa once more, and said, "That all happened just last evening. Before she left, Anna asked me to watch over Arendelle for the time being, and so here I remain. But as you can plainly see, the ice from the fountain has now spread, covering the entire kingdom in what appears to be an eternal winter. I've done my best to distribute blankets, warm clothing, and soup to everyone, but if this winter isn't ended, I fear what will happen to the Kingdom."

The Prince took a breath, sighing stressfully and putting his cup down, "With this winter, I also fear for the safety of my beloved Anna. I had planned to lead a search party to bring her back but, well as you saw, those creatures began attacking us so we have been unable to send anyone out. I am at a loss for what to do at this point." he put his head in his hands, visibly troubled by this problem. When all of a sudden...

"I'll bring them back."

It was Jared, now conscious again and rising from the chair he'd been put in and unwrapping the blanket from himself. Hans looked up at him, even standing as if to begin protesting, "I'm sorry, my Lord, but you can't talk me out of it. If this weather is as bad as you describe, then someone needs to go out there and bring them both home. It sounds like Arendelle needs them now more than ever."

"...Very well." said the Prince, defeated, "But if you're going out there, then I must insist you dress more appropriately. I can hardly believe you came here in your current garb without freezing to death." he made a point. Jared's clothes consisted of a shirt with no sleeves, so going out there in such garb was basically suicide, "I'll have warm clothes given to you before you depart. All of you." he said, now gesturing to the others, assuming they would be accompanying the one he had presumed to be their leader.

Kasus sat and listened to Hans explain the situation with curiosity. Even though the kingdom had just been through a heartless attack, it seemed as if there had already been some tension going on the way Hans spoke of the Queen and the Princess. "Awry huh?" Kasus thought to himself "Wonder if it has anything to do with how freezing the pla- Oh!" he jumped in his seat with delight at the sight of hot cocoa and gladly accepted the treat with a smile. He sat still, attempting to drink the hot beverage as fast as he could and watched as the servant placed a cup next to Jared. "Poor guy.... i'm glad I didn't get a splash of water to the back in weather like this. Wonder if he's gonna drink his hot cocoa." Hans began to speak once more and Kasus turned his attention to him. He smiled as he spoke about his relationship with the princess but that slowly faded as he explained the Queens reaction and the following events.

"Poor guy. His true love is out in this harsh cold.." There was a moment of silence as Hans took a seat, obviously stressed over the events that unfolded yesterday as well as today. Kasus didn't really know what to say at this point, the group had only come here to procure parts for the sh-

"I'll bring them back"

Kasus looked with delight as Jared stood up, conscious and ready for action, he couldn't help but eye the full cup of hot cocoa beside him though. "Jared's right" Kasus thought to himself "Can't just sit by and watch a kingdom fall apart." The prince also had a good point, it was thanks to the excitement of a brand new world, as well as the adrenaline of battle Kasus hadn't noticed how freezing the place was. Warm clothes would be very nice. His hot cocoa had cooled by this point, so Kasus chugged it down and stood up, "Let's find Arendelle's rightful rulers!" he said with unneeded excitement in his voice.

Serene had gotten farther out than the others when the lighting had hit the remaining creatures. She looked out and saw Jared with the keyblade and the group gathering around the prince. As she went to join suit she looked down. Her bare legs deep in the snow. So she could not follow as quickly. Each step was harder and harder to maneuver through. The cold was getting to her now also but she pushed herself through it. She was still not even half way there when they all had started to enter the castle. She thought to her self. "I wish I hadn't gone out so far." She continued to trudge through the snow until she came to the castle doors.

She she entered she heard cheering and she opened the door where everyone was residing. She looked around everyone looked so warm. The fire was lite. Everyone had hot drinks and seemed to be exited. Serene looked and asked. "What did I miss?" As the snow started melt from her legs. She could feel the warmth coming back into them but was still cold on the inside.

Something was bugging Simo; based on what the prince just said, it seemed that the queen kept her powers a secret from everyone, including her own sister (it also sounded like someone with ice magic was pretty rare or even unheard of). This brought up a few questions; first off, why? What was the point in keeping it such a secret? Clearly the people of this world didn't seem to have a problem with magic itself, since they had used magic in the fight, and the prince didn't seem to have a problem with it, The second question was; why did she use her powers then? If she had hidden them from everyone for so long, why waste all of that just trying to convince her sister not to get married to someone she just met? Not only that, but she used her powers on the fountain, and based on his knowledge of fountains, that shouldn't have done much other then be something she could show off her powers on. Then there was the fact that she fled afterward...why? If she ran because everyone knew about her powers, then why did she use them in the first place. Something was clearly missing here

On the other hand, Simo was pretty curious what this 'hot coco' was

Elim simply listened to the conversations that took place after his own questions in which he asked the Prince. He still found it a bit hard to believe that they were just inside of the castle of royalty just like this, even though they did save the Prince from those creatures. Still, even if this world was in trouble they weren't here for that, they were here for their ship to recharge or whatever, as Elim had no idea what was going on with that since he wasn't used to these types of things, and had no time to waste on saving some other realm. Still, its not like that they had much else to do either while the ship recharged, and Elim wasn't keen on just doing nothing.

And it seemed their 'leader' had the same plans as well. "Well its not really our problem, but we are still stuck here for a while, so I guess we can lend a hand. It'll make for some good training if any more of those creatures attempt to block our way." Elim stood up now, readjusting his armor a bit as well as the sword on his hip, not seeming to have been affected by the cold too much. "And you need not give me any warm clothes your Majesty. I am already prepared for it, but still I thank you for your offer your Majesty." Elim gave a respectful bow to the prince, as was customary, before turning to the others.

"When you're all done freezing and actually dressed appropriately for this weather, meet me outside." As much as Elim respected royalty, he also felt a bit unnerved by it but did not show it, and thus did not desire to stand in their presence for too long less he accidentally says something that gets them all executed. So with that, Elim walked towards the door and left, waiting outside for the others.

Jared looked to Serene when she entered, having missed the discussion, "Nothing much," he said to answer her question, "but it looks like we're going to be rescuing a princess." he said this with something of an apologetic expression, knowing he had basically volunteered the others along with himself. At this the prince excused himself, leaving the room in order to have some warmer clothes fetched for the group. Elim had also left the room, telling he others he'd be waiting outside for them. With the prince gone, they were now alone and finally had some privacy. Jared decided to take the opportunity to speak more openly to his new friends.

"Look, I know I just sort of volunteered us for this little quest thing and, well, I'm sorry about that. I didn't mean to speak for everyone like I did." he said, still with an apologetic expression that was now accompanied by him awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck, "But there was no way I could just sit here and do nothing. I mean, after all," he summoned the keyblade and stared intently at it, "this thing apparently chose me to deal with these new Heartless appearances, so I may as well get started with that by helping the people here, right?" the keyblade then vanished to whatever hammer space it came from. It was then the Prince returned, letting in a couple of servants who were carrying heavy fur coats.

Jared took the coat meant for him, making sure it was bundled up nicely. Before pulling up the hood, he reach up and tugged the goggles wrapped around his forehead, going as far as to wear them over his eyes to protect them from any heavy wind or snowfall they might encounter. He went outside where he knew Elim would be waiting, "I'm... sorry about speaking for the group. But thanks for going along with it." he told him while waiting for the others to join them.

Once everyone was out and ready, Jared looked to the mountains where both Elsa and Ana went, "Well, ready to go mountain climbing?"

Elim was outside, waiting for the others to show up, polishing his blade slowly as he did so, making sure that everything was in check and that there was no damage. He just finished checking when Jared had happened to come outside first, dressed much more warmly for the colder weather, which meant that he would have a lower chance of dying from just the cold, glad that the prince was willing to part with such nice looking fur coats. Of course, Elim had his own way of staying warm with his current clothing, a scarf, or what could be called as such anyway, wrapped around the lower part of Elim's face loosely to help keep the cold air out of his lungs without suffocating him or being uncomfortable.

The older boy said some things about being sorry for speaking for the group, Elim just shaking his head. "Its fine. It'll be good training if we run into those creatures again, plus its not like we have much else better to do as it beats sitting around the ship." In all honesty the task didn't seem to urgent. If the princess had ice powers, then she could handle herself. It was the other Princess apparently that seemed to call for more concern if she didn't have such magics. Although Elim knew that if either of those Princesses died it would be their fault for being weak, the thought of not even bothering to do anything about it did sort of leave a bad taste in Elim's mouth.

"Lets just be careful in case we run into any wolves or those... Heartless creatures. Assuming they have wolves here of course..." Elim had no idea how this whole other world thing worked and how similar other worlds could be, but if this world did have wolves then that could be a problem since wolves were probably a bit different than those dark creatures, at least for these people. For Elim it was probably the same in fighting either. He began to wonder just how different his own world was from not only the two he had seen so far, but also how different it will be from any others he goes to.

Kasus watched the blue haired boy (or girl) rush to leave the room and thought nothing of it, he was thinking of a way to sum up Hans' explanation of the situation for Serene but couldn't and just kept quiet until Jared pretty much explained what was going on in one sentence. They were going to save a princess. His tone sounded doubtful though. Hans left presumably to get the clothing he promised and Jared began to explain his intentions which also explained the doubt in his tone earlier, Kasus refrained from focusing on his hot cocoa that was getting cold and stared in awe as he summoned his keyblade. His only knowledge of the apparent weapon is the explanation given by Dion, who called it legendary. "I uh, was actually thinking the same thing, heh. Not about the keyblade part I mean, I wanted to help out too but didn't know what to say,"

Kasus thought it strange to use a key as a weapon but it was by far one of the most intriguing things he had seen in his life and he envy'd Jared for being worthy of something like it. Kasus turned and grabbed the halberd he purposely 'forgot' to return and it reminded him that his twin blade was lying somewhere in the snow, he frowned at the thought and was about run out the door on his own initiative to search for the weapon when Hans and a number of servants entered the room with the garments they promised. Kasus delightfully wrapped the fur coat and was happy to watch Jared leave the room without acknowledging his beverage. "Thanks for the clothes!" he exclaimed to Hans and his servants before chugging the extra cup of hot cocoa and following Jared outside.

Kasus joined Jared and the blue haired boy (or girl) outside in the bow bearable cold, gripping the halberd that was practically his now. He had yet to introduce himself to the boy (or girl) and it was somewhat awkward to do so at the moment so instead he approached the two and began looking around for his blade as they spoke, but to his dismay couldn't find it with his naked eye with all the snow around. Disappointed he turned back to his two new comrades, "So, do we know where to start looking?"

Serene was given a long coat and some new clothing. As hers was soaked from the snow melting. They where much warm then what she had and was very appreitavie of them but, one the less she did not care to save a princcess. She wanted to find Moon In-Sun. As she changed she though of this world and a flash of her past came back to her. It was a quick one of a desert area and bright colors. Then she was back in the present. She through to herself that was where I was born. She entered the room and everyone had left. She looked over to the fire her clothes where being hung to dry and the prince was standing looking into the fire. He looked up at her and said. They are waiting outside. He smiled and thanked her. She noodled and head out the door.

There they where all standing silently. Serene spoke. "So ... I know this is kinda late but, if we are going to save a princess together and posablly die trying to I would at lest like to know your names."

Having grown up in a forest, the heavy clothes he was now wearing felt alien to him...and yet, something about it seemed right. He currently had on a white coat with a hood, baggy yet thick black pants, and a pair of boots with some kind of white fuzz that was on the part that hugged his legs. 'Simo Hayha; Winter Sniper. Something about that just sounds right' he thought to himself. As he gathered his things (ie his gun) and followed the rest of his team, he suddenly realized that he didn't even know the names of the people he was traveling with...okay, so maybe it wasn't so much 'he suddenly realized' and more 'someone else brought it up first and he agreed with them'. "You're right; it is kind of silly that we haven't exchanged names yet, I'm Simo. I don't really have much of an interesting tale to tell about my past, I'm pretty average. I grew up in a forest raised by my dad, where I learned how to hunt...and that's pretty much everything noteworthy about my life so far. Well, other then running into these strange Heartless creatures at that last world we were in, but you all know that story"

Less then a day after leaving home, and he was already getting to do something exciting like saving a princess. If this was just the beginning of their adventure, then he was in for a fun time. Also, he was looking forward to giving mountain climbing a try.

Even if his past wasn't that interesting, Elim didn't see the need for him to disclose it with everyone there. Elim didn't require any new clothing from the Prince since he was already prepared, his armor and whatever other clothing he had on beneath it helping to shield him from the cold rather easily, a scarf wrapped around his neck and loosely around his mouth to help keep the chill of the winter's air out of his lungs, something that was a bit detrimental in combat and something that these other people weren't really considering. Well, it wasn't Elim's problem if they died, but then again it also could be since Elim didn't know how to pilot the Gummy Ship or whatever it was called.

"My name is Elim, that is all you need to know about me." His voice was a tiny bit stifled by the scarf, but it was pretty clear what he said, and in the tone he said it the boy sounded as though he didn't want to be bothered with petty conversation as he continued to move forward with the others. "Also I don't know if its the same here, but wintry regions like these tend to house more than just those Heartless creatures. We should also be on the lookout for wolves and any other form of arctic creature." Elim was silently hoping that there would be no ice wyrms or other such deadly creatures here. He also hoped that this world didn't house any Frost Giants or even Elder Frost Elementals, since this was apparently a sorcery conjured ice storm. Elim figured as long as they didn't run into anything like that, then they would be fine.

Kasus trotted along besides the rest of his comrades down a road littered with snow. The tall tree's made determining the time of day difficult, not to mention the heavy weather. Walking along the road his temporary halberd rested behind his neck on both shoulders. Both of his hands had a firm grip on the weapon, it wasn't too heavy but was becoming a nuisance to carry around due to it's large size. Kasus either underestimated his strength or overestimated how heavy the weapon would be. Either way he was tired of carrying the thing and missed his twin-blade.

Asking Hans to send out a search party once they return with the princesses didn't sound like a bad idea. He was probably going to offer some kind of reward anyways. Still the thought of asking the man for anything at all felt kind of funny after he had been so kind to them, Kasus scrunched his face, trying to think of a solution. Maybe if he explained to Jared how much personal value the weapon had he'd let him look for it himself.

"So ... I know this is kinda late but, if we are going to save a princess together and possibly die trying to I would at least like to know your names."

Possibly die trying? Were they already facing such a life-threatening task? Well, technically dealing with these heartless is always life threatening, but still. All they had to do is find the two princesses and bring them home, that's pretty easy. It was just a really complex game of hide and seek when you think about it. "Maybe Serene meant die from the cold? Oh! Hey! Serene! I know her name." Kasus wasn't sure how he knew the girl's name, but he did. He was almost positive she had introduced herself back in the Enterprise.

"You're right; it is kind of silly that we haven't exchanged names yet, I'm Simo. I don't really have much of an interesting tale to tell about my past, I'm pretty average. Kasus turned towards Simo almost mesmerized by his introduction. "Growing up in a forest?!" The word's practically jumped out of his mouth, "That sounds absolutely interesting!" He looked towards the ground as he walked, lost in the thought of living in a forest. Kasus woke up in the same boring room in the same boring store for almost a decade, the idea of living in a forest was almost unfathomable. He hadn't even seen snow before arriving to Quark, and had only ever seen trees in books and photo's. The entire world was other-worldly and the only thing keeping him from running off to explore was the urge to find the princesses so they could get back to the Enterprise and see more.

Kasus was about to ask Simo what types of animals he hunted in the forest, when the blue haired boy (or girl) spoke up unexpectedly. "My name is Elim, that is all you need to know about me." Great. He was hoping the name would clear up the gender issue Kasus was having, but even Elim sounded like it could be for both a boy and a girl. Not that it mattered, it was just bugging him. "Also I don't know if its the same here, but wintry regions like these tend to house more than just those Heartless creatures. We should also be on the lookout for wolves and any other form of arctic creature." Kasus frowned, upset he (or she) had already changed the subject before he could introduce himself.

Looking towards Elim with somewhat of a blank face, Kasus was curious what Elim's story was. He (or She) came off as some kind of mercenary or soldier and seemed to be completely serious the whole time since Kasus met him (or her) earlier in the day. Granted, none of the others had said much, including himself, but still, Elim gave off a no nonsense attitude and it was rather intimidating. "Arctic Creature?" Kasus asked, "Like, a snowman or something?"

He turned his attention to their leader. "Hey Jared, do you know where we're going? I can't see any mountains,"
