A loud cry of exasperation echoed through the seemingly empty halls as Tristan held her phone over her head in a desperate attempt to find some reception. She knew the weather had reported a possible snow storm but the report was nothing compared to the real thing. The halls were practically dark with the thick slush falling from the sky out the windows. She really wasn't looking forward the reaction she was going to get from her parents. Her father had told her that morning that he didn't want her staying after for choir... she simply couldn't help herself. It may have seemed like a waist of time but it was the one thing she did for her own passion. Sighing she slipped her phone back into the back pocket of her blue jeans as she continued through the halls. She followed the familiar path, knowing the one place that she was going to feel most comfortable. She leaned heavily upon the doors to the auditorium, unaware that there was anybody else inside. In fact, she would have expected nothing less than the entire school being deserted. Pulling away from the door, Tristan paused as she felt her book bag catch, glancing over her shoulder she gave a tug when a loud 'RIIIIIIIIIIIPPPP' sound filled the air and the seem along the side of her bag ripped apart causing all of her contents to spill on the ground "oh come on!" she cried out angrily, leaning down to pile her things together and attempt to fix her bag so that she may use it again. "This is just... not my day" she grumbled, still oblivious that there was anybody around to see.
