I'll leave the judgment to the GMs but you literally copy pasted the history from the wiki... if you can't be bothered to come up with a new history, don't try and cop out with "similar but not identical".

We've denied our old members new characters that were based off DC/Marvel characters and not even exact copies, so I doubt you'd get this one accepted. Again, I'll leave it to the GMs, but you'd have better chances just creating a new character from scratch.
