Melanie entered the football field, cup of coffee in hand. She noticed Joey's group and what seemed to be Samson and Jace harassing them. A little further away from the trio and duo seemed to sit another student. She was never a big fan of Samson or Jace, but then again, there were very few people that Melanie [i]was[/i] a big fan of. She walked towards Joey, Gale, and Alyssa, turning to the side to slip between Jace and Samson. She vaguely heard what seemed to be a threat from Gale towards the two annoying boys and suppressed a laugh.

"Excuse me," she sarcastically drawled as she sat down on the bleachers, a couple of feet away from the trio, but close enough to show she had made her presence known, "Will you two stop being wastes of spaces?"

Melanie then turned and gave a nod of greeting to Joey, Gale, and Alyssa. She found them more as acquaintances than actual friends, due to her being more into hanging with the cheerleaders and football team. But that was fine. Friends wasn't something she was aiming to have.

She took a sip of her coffee and folded her legs under her, giving a blank stare at Jace and Samson. Every once in a while she'd look over her shoulder towards the guy who was alone, who seemed to be trying to listen to the conversation.
