Well in California it's always hot during the summer. 10:00 at night and it's about 80 F outside. Not really a heat wave, but it's hot as per the norm.

And yes we have air conditioning, though right now I just have my room window and side door open (I live in the garage) to let the breeze flow through. It's quite nice.
