Kijani exhaled when Marcus came to her side. She didn't realize her hands hurt from trying to compress the child's chest. Slowly, she placed her hands in her lap, only to nearly go for her vines when Jacque came near. She wouldn't let that disgusting creature near this child's body. To her surprise, Jacque simply shut little Warden's eyes, and pressed the coins over them. The gesture was unexpected, to say the least. Kijani bowed her head in a moment of silence, before she got up. Her eyes were dry, but distant. She walked toward Jacques, and inclined her head in a polite nod. "Passage across the River Styx... looks like real silver, too. Warden would like that, I think." Her gaze picked up briefly. "Thank you for your courtesy." Turning away, she went still, inhaled, and exhaled slow, as if trying to aerate every inch of her body. Once that was done, she looked toward Marcus. "I think cremation would be the best way to take care of her."
