Breakout would've continued to make fun of Grinder as it was, his landing reminded him of a Fallerian Sky Whale after being gunned down to be honest, but the real kicker was Grinder being stuck in vehicle mode even after he was released from the hull. It was nothing short of absurdly, amazingly unlucky, because he was completely unharmed otherwise but the impact, depresurization and being stuck to the hull must've messed up his transformation cog somehow. Not too badly because he'd be dead otherwise but bad enough that the guy couldn't even transform for the moment. Attempts to do so produced strained noises that gave Breakout the chuckles. Breakout had a reputation for being something of an oddball decepticon, able to get along and work with most anyone, but if there was one crew member he would've liked off the ship, it was Grinder. If there was a god or gods or whatever, him/them/it hated Grinder like few things in creation. The con's history was a long series of unfortunate situations brought about by terrible luck compounded with Grinder's general lack of brainpower. Perhaps saddest of all was that he had a reputation for being a rather deadly fighter with that massive bladed reel of his, but most anything Grinder had involved himself with seemed to end in disaster, or at the very least with him in need of repairs. But Grinder was already there, stuck with them in a strange planet and stuck in his altmode to boot. So Breakout did the only reasonable thing he could do. Moments later a massive combine harvester rolled into the bridge, with Breakout in robot mode riding on top. "I'm pretty sure there's problems with Grinder's t-cog".
