Did he tell you that, or is that an assumption?
It means it'll be at least 1:30 pm my time before he returns, so i won't be around at that time. I'm thinking i'll do the first IC post beforehand, so you guys can do your intro posts overnight. There'll be no combat right in the first post, so that shouldn't be a problem.
@Biddz, you too can make your first post while i'm asleep, though that means you may have to change it if i end up rejecting your character. The chance of that is small though.
