Midgard stopped as the building toppled and activated his tome's other ability, and used the energy blast to destroy most of the bigger pieces of building. He smiled under his helm as Niffleheim came into view, his helm opening and he nods to her. "I believe he ran through the crowd over there. he is a slippery little arse." The Gold Knight shook his head. "Might have ducked into a building, either an office building or an abandoned one, with the city on lockdown by my troops that would be what I would do if I was some dishonourable snake." He says, walking through the streets now. He looked this way and that, noticing the girl on the ground he put out his hand to her. "Miss are you alright?" He asks, smiling to her. "You need to leave here, it's not safe, terrorist cowards attacked the Citadel and we are in pursuit, have you seen a man in a white overcoat, with hair a lighter shade of black than mine? He's the terrorist known as the Librarian, I am Midgard and this is Lady Niflheim." He says and looking beyond the girl, still searching. He turns back to niflheim "Check those two buildings over there for heat signatures, both are what I'd expect the criminal to hide in." He says and let's the girl go and continues walking on. He could smell the coward near, his helm enclosing his now stoic and stern face as he kicked a door open inside the abandoned building. 'Librarian, as the Commander of all military forces and a Knight of Ragnarok I challenge you to single combat, face me as an honourable man or use your tricks to run and hide like the coward you and your ilk are so inclined to do!" He shouts through the building. A taunt was normally beneath the knight but it was time to use the buffoons own plan against him, taunts and jibs were for weaker fighters, who could not defeat much stronger enemies through their own strengths. Despite being immensely powerful, Midgard knew that to catch a snake one must sometimes act like one...or be the clever mongoose that traps it.
